1. Intake form – you complete a short form so we understand your current role, target roles and career goals.
2. Document review – we review your existing CV (or career history if you do not have one), plus any job descriptions or supporting documents.
3. Draft preparation – we create your new CV using best-practice structure, wording and positioning for your target market.
4. Review & feedback – you review the draft and share comments, questions or clarifications.
5. Revisions & final files – we refine the document within the agreed revision window and then send your final files.

Our core CV writing packages currently range from KSh 2,500 to KSh 10,500, depending on your career level and what is included. Current headline pricing is:

You can keep your base package simple and then add optional extras such as LinkedIn upgrades, ATS reports, extra cover letters or faster turnaround if needed.

Standard delivery depends on your package and begins once we receive your completed intake form and documents:

• Starter CV Pack – typically 3–4 business days
• Professional Impact Pack – typically 3–4 business days
• Advanced Growth Pack – typically 4–5 business days
• Executive Brand Suite – typically 5–7 business days

If you need your CV sooner, you can add a faster delivery add-on (subject to availability):

• Express delivery – 48 hours, +25% of the base package
• Priority delivery – 24 hours, +40% of the base package

Yes. We work with clients in Kenya and internationally. We adapt CV formats and content to match your target market (for example, Kenyan, UK, EU, or US-style CVs) while keeping your core achievements and positioning consistent.

We support students, recent graduates, mid-career professionals, and senior leaders who want a clear, results-focused CV tailored to their target roles. If you are unsure whether we are the right fit, share your current CV and goals and we will advise honestly.

Ideally, share your current CV (if you have one), links to 1–3 target job descriptions, and any key achievements you want highlighted. If you do not have a CV yet, we will ask for a brief career history and education summary instead.

For Kenyan clients we accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. For international clients we support secure card payments and other region-appropriate options agreed during booking. All payment instructions are shared in your quote and confirmation email.

Because CV writing is a time-based professional service, we normally do not offer refunds once work has started. Instead, each package includes clearly defined revision support so we can refine your documents until they align with your goals within the agreed scope.

Yes. You have several options if your needs change:

• You can upgrade to a higher package by paying the difference in fees, provided the work has not already progressed beyond a reasonable point in the process.
• You can add extras such as full LinkedIn revamp, extra cover letters or ATS reports as separate add-ons at any stage.
• Downgrades and partial refunds are generally not available once work has started.

The process usually follows these steps:

We keep your project active for a defined review period based on your package. If feedback is significantly delayed:

• We may need to reschedule your slot so we can keep other projects on track.
• We will always update you and agree revised timelines where needed.

Revision support is package-based. As a guide:

• Starter CV Pack – up to 2 revision rounds within 7 days
• Professional Impact Pack – up to 2 revision rounds within 10 days
• Higher-tier packages – revision support within the agreed project or engagement window

Revisions cover clarifications, refinements and reasonable adjustments within the original scope.

We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or promotions, because hiring decisions depend on many factors beyond your CV. What we guarantee is a professionally written, strategically structured CV aligned to your brief, sector and target markets.

You will receive your CV in the following formats:

• Editable Word (.docx) for ATS and portal submissions
• Final PDF for email applications and printing

Some packages also include additional assets, such as LinkedIn copy or executive brand statements, in suitable editable formats.

Yes. All our CVs are designed to work well with applicant tracking systems and human reviewers:

• Service-only use – we use your data solely to deliver the services you have requested.
• No third-party marketing – we do not sell or share your details with third parties for advertising.
